Where can I find my access code so that I can connect to the online platform?

Your access code can be found inside your DVD case, on the DVD itself. There, you will find your username and your password. If you have selected a package that does not include the DVD, a member from your student council will give you your access code and password before the end of the school year.

Where can I view the photos taken for my graduating class?

In the upper right hand corner of the web page, you will find the login box, where you can connect instantly to access your photos.

Ma Graduation was at my prom this year. When will I receive my DVD?

Expect to wait between 5-6 weeks after your prom before you receive your DVD in the mail.

Is it possible to take multiple photos during the prom?

Yes, feel free to take as many photos in front of the “Wall” as you’d like during your prom. The photographer and cameraman will be at your disposal well throughout most of the evening.

Am I guaranteed to see myself on the DVD?

Yes, we ensure that each and every table is photographed. Don’t forget, you can also head on over to the “Wall” for more photo opportunities. Our photographer and cameraman will be waiting for you!

I’ve yet to receive my DVD in the mail. What can I do?

First off, we ask that you check with your student council to verify that your mailing address is correctly entered in the registry. If the address you provided were to be incorrect, your DVD would most likely be returned to our offices. In which case, you can communicate with us at the following address info@magraduation.ca with your personal information (first and last name, address, and name of school) to receive your copy.

Is it possible to access the video recording of my prom other than the DVD recording?

Yes, once you log into our secure online platform, you’ll have access to your prom night video.

How many photos will be taken during my prom?

Generally, this depends on the number of graduates. However, on average we take between 300-500 photos.

How long is the DVD?

The length will depend on the number of activities covered, but on average the DVD’s length is approximately 30 minutes.

I lost my dvd. Is it possible to receive another one?

Yes, it’s possible to re-order your DVD for a minimal fee.
